Adult Development

The Adult Development Program provides a center-based learning for developmentally disabled individuals specializing in pre-vocational services that are not job task oriented. They include rehabilitation goals such as compliance, attendance, communication, basic life skills, task completion, problem solving and safety. These goals are demonstrated in a classroom or pre-vocational setting. The Adult Development Program helps prepare individuals to be as independent as possible..

Ticket To Work

Social Security's Ticket to Work program supports career development for people with disabilities who are ready to go back to work. Beneficiaries ages 18 through 64 qualify. The Ticket program is free and voluntary. It helps people with disabilities progress toward  financial independence.

Supported Employment

Abilities Unlimited is a Supported Employment vendor for Arkansas Rehabilitation Services (ARS). A job coach serves as teacher, mentor, and facilitator by assisting the consumer with the job search, job placement, interviews,
​and training of job duties at the work site. 

Work Activity 

Consumers who choose and qualify to enroll in Work Activity will have individualized goals developed with the consumer based on the strength and needs through an annual assessment
